Refund policy


NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DECEMBER 1st.

Unused items purchased through our website are eligible for a return within 14 days of order- for a refund; less 20% restocking fee, we do not offer exchanges. Refunds are issued less shipping charges and restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and insurances. If products are received in unsellable condition no refund will be issued. While we are happy to assist with questions- we are unable to offer any refunds or replacements for purchases made outside of our company's direct website. All returns must be approved before being processed. Please email eliteilluminationokc@gmail.com for return approval

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are: 

Any signs of wear. 

Parts of the item are missing.

The product arrives after the proscribed return period as outlined in our return policy

The incorrect product is returned

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Needing an Exchange? 
We do not offer exchanges. If your order falls within the return window and is eligible for a return, please email us to initiate a return. The fastest way to ensure you get the items you want is to initiate a return via our email, and once the return is initiated, make a separate purchase for the new item. When the return is received at our warehouse you will be refunded according to our refund policy. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
